What does recurring commission mean?
Eligible subsequent purchases can earn commission. Earnings depend on payment eligibility and continued compliance; they are not an unconditional lifetime guarantee.
How are the commission tiers determined?
The published tiers use total sales including recurring payments. See the four rate bands above and confirm tier qualification in your account.
How long does referral tracking last?
The referral cookie lasts 30 days. Attribution also follows the agreement, including its rule for multiple affiliate cookies.
When will I receive a payout?
The minimum is $50. Payment timing, validation, tax documentation and 120-day forfeiture provisions are governed by the Affiliate Agreement. Confirm your payout status with support.
Can I refer my own purchases?
No. Self-referrals, including accounts created to disguise your own purchases, are prohibited.
How should my client sign up?
Ask clients to use your link on their own device. Registering them on your existing-account device may prevent commission tracking.
What happens when a client misses my link?
Have the client contact support within the applicable trial period. Manual attribution is subject to the agreement, not automatic.
Are there restrictions on promotion?
Disclose your affiliate relationship. No impersonation, self-referrals or unauthorized offers. Paid advertising has additional rules, including restricted-term bidding and direct-linking prohibitions. Read the agreement before advertising.
What happens after a refund or chargeback?
Related commissions can be reversed or deducted from future payments under the agreement.
Is this the same as white-label reselling?
No. Affiliate marketing centers on referring buyers for commission. White-label fulfillment is a separate path for agencies selling services under their own brand.
