SV LOCAL LISTINGS MANAGEMENT

Help customers find accurate information about your business. Bring your profiles, contact details, hours and directory listings into a clearer, more consistent picture.

For a single business or a location-by-location brief.

  • Profile completeness

Less confusion at the point of discovery

Your business details
should tell one clear story.

Build from an approved source of truth instead of repeating inconsistencies across more platforms.

IDENTITY

Align the business name, address or service area, phone number and website with the real business.

AVAILABILITY

Keep customer-facing details useful

Review regular and special hours, categories, descriptions, products or services, and supplied photos.

COVERAGE

Focus on relevant listing opportunities

Choose directories and distribution routes that fit the business, location and agreed market.

Choose the scope

How information travels

A distribution plan,
not a promise of everywhere.

Business information can reach directories through direct submissions and data distribution services. The right route depends on the market, the business and the platforms available.

  • Confirm the sources and destinations in your brief.
  • Distinguish a submitted listing from an approved, live listing.
  • Allow for platform review and downstream update times.

Useful coverage beats inflated counts

Keep the information
and the destinations relevant.

Review the details customers rely on before increasing the number of listings. An outdated phone number distributed widely is still an outdated phone number.

  • Review existing listings and likely inconsistencies.
  • Identify duplicate or outdated records for discussion.
  • Agree what will be submitted, updated and reported.

Before you get started

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Understand the scope, the process and the next step.

Ask SV a question
What are local listings and citations?

A local listing is a business profile on a directory or platform. A citation is a mention of identifying business information, often including the name, address and phone number. The service scope determines which profiles or citation sources are included.

What does NAP consistency mean?

NAP stands for name, address and phone number. Consistency means that the details identify the same real business, without conflicting information that could confuse customers or platforms.

Does SV guarantee Google Business Profile verification?

No. SV can discuss verification support and the information needed, but Google controls eligibility, verification methods and approval. The business owner may need to complete steps directly.

Will listings guarantee a top Google Maps position?

No. Accurate profiles are useful foundations, but local visibility also depends on relevance, distance and prominence. Listing submissions are not a guarantee of a particular map position.

Are all platforms in the illustrations included?

No. The original artwork is retained to explain distribution. Providers, directory availability and eligibility can change. Your proposal should name the current coverage rather than rely on the illustration.

Are photos and videos included?

The existing profile options allow client-supplied photos and videos where the destination supports them. Producing new media is a separate scope unless it is explicitly included.

Can you help with several locations or duplicates?

Discuss the number of real, eligible locations and any known duplicate records. Location-specific access, ownership, update and duplicate-resolution tasks need to be identified in the scope.

How much does local listings management cost?

Pricing depends on the selected option, coverage and locations. Request a current quote. The linked X-SERIES and XC-SERIES pricing pages describe broader SEO campaigns, not standalone listing-service prices.
